Registration Fee

- Each team must register with a fee of ₹400.

Team Composition

- Teams must consist of 2, 3 or 4 members.

- All team members must be college students.

Eligibility

- The hackathon is open to college students only.

- Participants must be currently enrolled in a college or university.

- Age restriction: Maximum 25 years old.

Minimum Participation Requirement

- A minimum of 10 teams are required to participate in the hackathon.

- If the minimum participation requirement is not met, the hackathon may be postponed or canceled.

Hackathon Timeline

 - Last Day for Idea Submission: December 9th, 2024, before 12:00 PM

- Hackathon starts on:

    - Day 1: December 11th

        - 9:00 AM: Registration & Team Setup

        - 10:00 AM: Inauguration and Theme Briefing

        - 11:00 AM: Hackathon Kickoff

    - Day 2: December 12th

        - 2:30 PM: Submission Deadline

        - 3:00 PM: Team Presentations

        - 4:00 PM: Announcement of Winners

Hackathon Schedule

Day 1:

- 11:00 PM: Theme prototype submission Day

- 11:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Hacking (Project setup and evaluation phase)

- Judging Criteria:

    -  Judges will evaluate the initial prototype

    - Problem statements and creative challenges will be assigned based on the first prototype

Day 2:

- 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM: Final Hack phase and setup

- Teams will show off the assigned problem statements and creative challenges on their initial prototype

- Judging Closure: Later in the day, judges will evaluate the final prototypes and announce the winners by 3:00pm.

General Rules

- Participants must adhere to the scheduled timings and deadlines.

- Any form of plagiarism or intellectual property infringement will result in disqualification.

- The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
